Welcome To Group Training

We have sessions and membership options for people who would like the flexibility of unlimited personal training! Our Group Training is similar to a personal training session with two exceptions... it allows people to share the benefits of having a personal trainer and it is 1/3rd of the cost of one-on-one sessions!

Our 4 Week Group Training Program

Starts at the Beginning of Each Month

We're up in Mammoth on our first ski trip. I thought I'd drop you a note to let you know that I have never skied better! I can totally feel the difference in the strength of my legs and my stamina; so much so that Steven is now saying he really needs to start working out again so that he can keep up with me! I am having a FABULOUS time thanks to you and Bootycamp!

New exercisers can begin a fitness routine without intimidation and with motivating personal trainers.Bootycamp On The Beach Experienced exercisers can take themselves to a higher level of fitness while getting out of a boring routine. Sports specific athletes can cross train in a safe, challenging environment lead by fully certified and college educated fitness trainers. Get toned and lose weight the fun way.


Group Training Info

Group Training can range from 4-8 people. Once we have the maximum number of participants you will be placed on our waiting list. We enjoy working in small groups so we can accommodate all fitness levels. We strive to create an environment that is challenging, fun and full of variety! Our Group Training program consists of semi-private training sessions rather than big boot camp style classes.

Group Training Includes

  • Fat burning and toning workouts in a boutique studio!
  • Ab work, butt work, leg work and upper body toning!
  • A variety of workouts that challenge you and make you sweat!
  • Session size is limited - you won't get lost in the crowd!

Mondays/Wednesdays 9:30am Beach and Studio
Mondays/Wednesdays 6:30 pm Beach and Studio
Tuesdays 6:00 pm Pilates Class
Thursdays 6:00 pm DB Sculpt
Saturdays 8:30 am Beach and Studio
