How often do I need to work out to get into shape?

Getting into shape is a very individual thing. On average you will need to workout (with or without a trainer 3-5 times per week) Before we make a specific recommendation we complete a full fitness assessment. During the fitness assessment we will gather information such as your metobolic rate, body composition, optimum fat burning zone and other relevant information that will be used to determine the optimal program for you.
