It combines the necessary exercise program, nutrition plan, guidance and motivation by personal trainers so you can finally achieve success! Starting Saturday, September 15, 2007 Extremely Fit Personal Training will begin its first program catered to those of you who are struggling with your weight, eating the wrong food or can't seem to reach their goals despite countless months of effort!

Diet, cross-training, stretching, cardio, attitude/motivation towards training and everything relevant to your success is provided to ensure you keep on track. Our level of involvement is guided by you, yet our mission is to see you achieve your goals.

You have your choices of either an early morning program or an evening program. There are several classes each week as well as assessments and motivational classes on the weekend. Because of the nature of our programs you can only be in the morning or the evening program.
